Much of today will be dry, with storms likely to move into Northwest Ohio towards this evening. Storms are expected to weaken while pushing east into tonight. Tuesday is again expected to start dry, with more widespread shower and storm potential later Tuesday and Tuesday night ahead of a cold front.

Today will be warmer and breezy with scattered thunderstorms this evening. A few storms in Northwest Ohio could be strong to severe, mainly between 5 and 8 PM.

A warm, dry day Monday will give way to showers and thunderstorms through mid-week as a vigorous Midwest storm system makes its way east. Severe storms should stay west and south of the area. Conditions improve late week with slightly below normal temperatures and mostly sunny skies.

Temperatures will remain pleasant for late April with a mix of 60s and 70s expected today. Some scattered showers and storms are possible in Northwest and North Central Ohio this afternoon. Some storms could be strong with small hail and gusty winds. There is a marginal risk of severe weather (Level 1 of 5) for portions of Northwest and North Central Ohio with the storm threat.
