Living with albinism and navigating the challenges of fitting in with her peers, she faced obstacles that could have held her back—but she chose to keep moving forward.

This year, she is being honored as The Youth Leadership Award Winner for The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Centers of North and South Carolina—a recognition of her growth, character, and determination to overcome obstacles.

Her story is a powerful reminder that with encouragement, opportunity, and a community that believes in you, challenges don't have to define your future.
