Firm Foundations is officially in FULL-FLEDGED after-school mode!

This school year, we are excited and honored to serve students across three amazing sites—proving that out-of-school time is more than just childcare; it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and thrive!

Throughout the month, we’ll be spotlighting each of our sites, giving you a glimpse into the unique cultures, personalities, and amazing teams that make each location special.

FIRST UP: Honor Prep! Honor Prep • Language Immersion School

Small team. MIGHTY impact!

Our Honor Prep team is led by Site Coordinator Ms. A and K–3 Mentor Mrs. Candace, who bring a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and energy to their students every day!

We can’t wait for you to meet the rest of our Firm Foundations family!

Three sites. Three unique cultures. One Firm Foundations family.

A huge THANK YOU to our friend, Danielle over at Close Knit Family Housing for giving some of our Firm Foundations families the opportunity to attend the Charlotte Crown basketball game for Fan Appreciation Night this Sunday!

Experiences like these create memories, strengthen families, and give our young people opportunities to enjoy something special together.

With partnerships like these, the impact is limitless!

Why do nonprofits matter? ❤️🖤

Swipe to learn why! 👉🏾

Because change doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when people choose to educate, expose, empower, and serve.

Today, on National Nonprofit Day, we celebrate the organizations and changemakers working every day to strengthen communities, create opportunities, and change lives.

At Firm Foundations Youth & Family Outreach, we believe every young person deserves access to education, exposure, and empowerment. Our work is rooted in creating opportunities that help youth discover their potential and build a stronger future.

Today, we celebrate the nonprofits making a difference—and the people behind the work. 🙌🏾

Support. Volunteer. Donate. Advocate. Get involved.
Your impact matters. ❤️
