Will you celebrate our 35th birthday with us? Join the TOY team on Friday, Oct. 30 for our Open House and Birthday Party! We'll start with an Open House from 12 - 3:30PM. Join us for a tour of the Center, a chance to meet the staff here at Time Out Youth, and opportunities to connect. Come back later that evening for our Birthday Party, which will feature food and refreshments, music, remarks from us and more! Seeking: Supplies for Welcome Home Baskets! Can you help us support LGBTQ+ youth as they move into their first apartments? We are looking for donations of new items for the home, such as sheets, dishes, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Please join us as we congratulate Simon (he/him) on moving into housing! Thanks to our friends at IKEA, Simon also received a full Welcome Home Basket with supplies for his new apartment as part of moving in. These included dishes, a laundry basket, bedding, and more. Our Director of Housing and Supportive Services, Durell Brown (he/him), stated, "Simon, an easygoing lover of music with a talent for the snare drum, has always been determined to have his own place. Now that day has come. He has worked hard and been very patient in this process. I am so excited for Simon!" Congratulations Simon, we are so happy for you! 💛🎉
