I’ll be on hand Friday to represent CERC, so please stop by and say hi!

After a few weeks away (mostly for sidewalk surveys), I’m bringing back my Friday office hours. I’m counting this as the first one, so come on down and chat with me about CERC and all things Chelsea!

It's not too late! Reserve your FREE flu shot and join us at Chelsea Senior Center for the annual Wellness Fair & Flu Shot Clinic on Friday, October 9 from 10 -1. Stop by for your flu shot and stay to learn about wellness services, opportunities, and programs available to older adults in our area.

To reserve your FREE flu shot, call Chelsea Senior Center at 734.475.9242.

These are all great opportunities to get involved!

I chair the Community Education and Recreation Collaborative (CERC), and we would love to have you join us! We help bring a wide variety of fun recreational activities to Chelsea, including line dancing, dog park events, birding, pop-up ski events, kids’ races at the Fourth of July fireworks, kids’ activities at the Chelsea Expo, the Chelsea Run Club fueled by Jet’s, TimberTown Trail Fest, Curling Fest, and more.

If you enjoy bringing people together and helping create fun opportunities for our community, please reach out!

The City relies on members of the community to serve on a variety of boards, committees, and commissions. These groups play an important role in helping shape the future and success of our City.

Currently, the City has several open positions. CERC, Housing Commission, and the Deer Management Committee are all accepting applications from residents interested in getting involved.
