District residents can request a free disposal voucher to help cover the costs.

Where to take it: Environmental Enterprises (645 E. 8th Ave., Columbus, OH) — residents are responsible for transporting their own items.

How to request a voucher: Email [email protected] or call 740-420-5452.

Please have the following information ready when you reach out:

List of items you have & approx. amount.

✅ Cleanliness Mandatory: All appliances must be completely cleaned out. We will reject items containing food, clothing, or heavy grime.
✅ Limited Capacity: This event operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The event may end immediately once the collection trucks are full.

Hefty ReNew just announced it's ending its program for hard-to-recycle plastics.

If you still have ReNew bags at home. Don't worry. Rumpke will continue to process these materials and work with Hefty to recycle the materials until February 2027.
