Coalgate Housing Authority The Coalgate Housing Authority is a non-profit corporation, governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of five members.

CHA owns and manages public housing units, Levy Annex and Cary Annex, family and senior housing developments consisting of 1,2& 3 The Official page of the Coalgate Housing Authority. CHA is the largest apartment rental complex in the City of Coalgate, providing rental assistance to families and elderly. CHA is committed to supporting a healthy safe neighborhood for the peaceful enjoyment of its residents.
