Notice is hereby given that the Colerain Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the date, time, and place stated above to consider the following cases:
Case CZC-26-3 – Zoning Resolution Text Amendment
Applicant: Colerain Township Zoning Commission
Request: Amend the current Colerain Township Zoning Resolution Site Development Standards, Table 4.2.2-A
Case CZC-26-4 – Zoning Resolution Text Amendment
Applicant: Colerain Township Zoning Commission
Request: Amend the current Colerain Township Zoning Resolution to create a new zoning district, Corridor Mixed (CBM)
Case MSP-29-9 – Administrative Matter
Applicant: Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church
Request: Approval of Place Making Art Sign, 11981 Pippin Road, parcel 510-0013-0169-00
Case MOD-26-3 - Major Modification to an approved Final Development Plan
Applicant: Alex Barnett, Atlantic Sign Company
Request: Modify signage at 9540 Colerain Avenue, parcel 510-0103-0241-00
The full text of the proposed amendment will be available for public examination for ten (10) days prior to the hearing at the Colerain Township Government Complex, 4200 Springdale Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45251, during normal business hours.
Following the conclusion of the public hearings, the proposed matters will be voted on by the Colerain Township Board of Trustees. All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard.
