Notice is hereby given that the Colerain Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the date, time, and place stated above to consider the following cases:

Case No. MAP-26-1
Applicant: Colerain Township Zoning Commission
Proposed Action: A Zoning Map Amendment to rezone parcel 510-0103-0261-00 from PD (Planned District) to AMN (Avenue Mixed North). The subject parcel is located at 9797 Colerain Avenue.
Property Owner: KROGER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Documents will be available for public examination for ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the Colerain Township Government Complex, 4200 Springdale Road, Colerain Township, Ohio 45251, during normal business hours.

Following the conclusion of the public hearing, the proposed amendments and development plans, together with the recommendation of the Zoning Commission, will be submitted to the Colerain Township Board of Trustees for its action in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 519.12. All interested people are invited to appear and be heard.

🚧Traffic Alert from Hamilton County🚧

Beginning September 9, 2026, through September 11, 2026, (weather permitting). Nelson Stark will be installing a water main tie in from 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Nelson Stark's detour route will be from Colerain Avenue - Galbraith Road - Pippin Road and vice versa.

Colerain Township is participating in the annual Clean Sweep event that aims to remove trash from the Great Miami River, restoring the waterway's health.

💧This river cleanup is about much more than picking up trash. It’s a day for communities to demonstrate their desire for clean water and healthy rivers. It’s an opportunity to learn about our river, and it’s a time to come together with your families, your neighbors, your community, and your friends to accomplish something vital and worthy on behalf of our Great Miami River.
