There is a current CDC Order that restricts evictions solely on the basis of non-payment of rent in order to prevent the community spread of COVID-19. If you'd like to know if you're a "covered person" under the Order, please contact our office and we'll provide you with all the details.

Renters complained to attorneys generals that landlords changed locks, removed trash containers so waste piled up, even unbolted the front door right off an apartment to evict them during the pandemic.
