Great time teaching Heavy Vehicle Stabilization and Lifting at the Logan County Fire Training School today. We worked on preplanning, stabilization and lifting plans and executing! Thanks for all the students that came out to learn and train.

Another year of remembrance on 9/11. This year it was a honor to complete the 25th Anniversary Remembrance Walk at the City of Grandview Heights, Ohio with 20 laps of the Grandview Ave Hill with my buddy and Grandview Heights Local 1792 Captain Jason Kay! 5.24 miles with my 45lb ruck!

This year I walked for Lieutenant Michael Esposito of Squad 1.

Michael A. Esposito‚ 41‚ lieutenant‚ FDNY‚ Squad 1. Esposito was posthumously promoted to captain. His fellow firefighters nicknamed him Mel‚ after an average guy in a Rodney Dangerfield movie‚ but Esposito was frequently honored for bravery by the FDNY and New York City. He assisted with the search and rescue operations after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and during the 1998 ice storm in upstate New York. He was honored on Staten Island’s Finest and Bravest Day. He was very involved in the sports activities of his sons.

The Indianapolis Colts were playing Firemen today at Pike! Of course they wanted to play with the Pentheon Tools!

Last week I sent 3 days at the 3rd Annual Goshen Township Fire & Ems Station 18 Heavy Rescue Class! With a connex box, tanker, box trailer, school bus and cement mixer this was the best equipped class in the area. We did a lot of lifting and stabilizing large of heavy vehicles and cutting of many cars with Pentheon!

I can't wait for next years event and an even bigger program!

At approximately 9:27 am the London-Laurel County 911 Center advised units of a motor vehicle accident near 1480 N Hwy 1223.

Units extricated one patient for ems through the drivers side door.

Also on scene were Ambulance Inc. Of Laurel County Lily Fire & Rescue and Laurel County Sheriff's Office

LLRS at it again!

At approximately 12:10pm London-Laurel County 911 Center notified units of a motor vehicle collision with entrapment at E Highway 192 and E Laurel Road. Rescue units removed a door for Ambulance Inc. Of Laurel County to gain access to the patient. Also on scene were London City Fire Department and London Police Department, KY.
