CMS has approximately 540 students in 22-23. CMS has a staff of approximately 60 teachers and paraprofessionals. Students can take connections classes in computer science, STEAM, PE, weight training, agriculture, band, Social Emotional Learning, and Digital Citizenship. The administrative team consists of one principal, one assistant principal, one counselor, one media specialist, a nurse, and two
clerical staff. There is one team of teachers per grade level. Each team consists of 7 teachers In Math, English-Language Arts (ELA), Social Studies, Science, and 2 Applications teachers with 1 support teacher. CMS is on an A/B block schedule with each day consisting of a 4-period day. CMS offers extra-curricular and co-curricular activities with opportunities to participate in many sports including: Softball, Football, Cheerleading, Basketball, Golf, Track, Baseball, Soccer, and Tennis for our athletes. Along with athletics, CMS offers clubs and programs that are quite popular, including: Jr. Beta club, Band, Principal’s Council, Student Government, Robotics Club, and Drama/Chorus.
