Coastal Bend Texas Democratic Women The Coastal Bend Chapter of Texas Democratic Women has been a strong advocate for women's issues and voter turnout for a decade. We invite everyone to join us.

Texas Democratic Women was organized in 1987 as one response to the growing political interest expressed by mainstream women from across the state. TDW promotes the increased political activity and influence of Democratic women in Texas politics and government. TDW provides statewide training conferences and workshops. In addition, the group serves as a communication network for existing Democratic women’s organizations and promotes the formation of new groups.

We have a new headquarters Nueces! We hope to host a ribbon cutting on August 23rd. Keep an eye on our socials to learn more. We also want to apologize at this time for those who have called and not recieved a call back. We have volunteers working thru call lists at this time to answer your questions. We are also in the process of getting Talarico/Gina signs and more!

On this International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, we recognize and honor Indigenous Midwives. For generations, they helped to safeguard life and wellbeing for their communities, and continue to do so even as the medical system tries to block access to them.
