Each week, staff members at Lake Roosevelt Elementary recognize students who go above and beyond in representing our five core values: Accountability, Communication, Growth, Leadership, and Respect. We also celebrate students who demonstrate the Raider 3: Show Respect, Make Good Decisions, and Solve Problems.
These students are making a difference in our school through their choices, actions, and the way they treat others. We are proud to recognize their hard work and the positive example they set for their classmates!
This week, Uriah Palmanteer was nominated by Mrs. Clark.
Here is what Mrs. Clark had to say about Uriah in their nomination:
“Congratulations to Uriah Palmanteer for being selected as Raider of the Week for demonstrating the Raider Core Value of Leadership: "Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching." Uriah consistently shows responsibility, perseverance, and a strong commitment to his learning. He works hard, stays focused on his goals, and approaches challenges with determination and a positive attitude. His quiet dedication and willingness to keep trying, even when tasks are difficult, make him a great example of leadership for others. Way to go, Uriah!”
Congratulations, Uriah, and thank you for being a great example of what it means to be a Raider.
