We had a great industry visit with Automann last week and were excited to see firsthand the company's impressive Southeastern hub in Paulding County.

Automann, a global distributor of aftermarket truck and trailer chassis and brake components, has established its 367,000 square-foot distribution center in Silver Comet Industrial Park on Bill Carruth Parkway as a strategic hub to expand its operations and serve customers throughout the Southeast.

This project represents a $60 million investment and more than 150 new jobs for Paulding County - a tremendous win for our community and a great example of the economic opportunities being created through strategic partnerships.

We are especially proud to highlight the successful public-private partnership between SK Commercial Realty (SKCR), Goldenrod Companies, and the Paulding County Industrial Building Authority that helped bring this significant investment to Paulding County.

A special thank you to the Automann team for hosting us and providing a tour for our existing industry partners. We appreciate the opportunity to showcase this outstanding operation and, most importantly, to celebrate a company that has chosen to invest, grow and create jobs right here in Paulding County.

We look forward to Automann's continued success and growth in our community!
