June is Pride Month — a time to celebrate the resilience, leadership, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community, while also recognizing the ongoing work needed to achieve true equality. 🏳️‍🌈

At Yolo County Children’s Alliance, we believe strong communities are built when everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and belonging. Pride is both a celebration and a reminder that LGBTQ+ individuals still face barriers to safety, opportunity, and full inclusion.

We are committed to standing with the LGBTQ+ community and continuing the work of building a more equitable, inclusive community for all.

Because of your generosity, Yolo County Children’s Alliance raised $12,034 through Big Day of Giving, surpassing our $10,000 goal. This total includes the generous Nugget Markets match.

Thank you to everyone who gave, shared, reposted, and helped spread the word. Your support will help YCCA continue providing direct services for local children and families, including home visiting, parenting support, emergency food and housing assistance, and more.
