DeKalb County - Department of Watershed Management DWM was established in 1942 & currently maintains ~ 5,000 miles of pipe in the distribution & collection systems.

It also maintains the Scott Candler Water Treatment, Pole Bridge & Snapfinger Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plants.
