The Devils Lake Police Department is notifying the community that Todd Richotte is registered as a s*x offender at 225 Walnut St W in Devils Lake, ND.

Richotte was assessed as a HIGH RISK offender by the North Dakota S*x Offender Risk Assessment Committee.

The 2026 Devils Run Parade is set to begin at 9:45 this morning and will follow the parade route shown below. All side streets along the route will be closed directly prior to and during the parade. Please use College Dr or an alternate route to get from the north side of town to the south side of town. Be safe and enjoy the weekend fun!

The DLPD is all shined up and ready for the 34th annual Devils Run Parade!!! 🚓

***The parade is Saturday, May 30th with a 09:45 AM Start Time***

We have our 2026 Supercharged Pursuit SUV EV ready to roll with a little help from the bears.😉

Some tips for parade safety:

*Please ensure that your children stay back when gathering candy and give the classic cars and all the other vehicles room to maneuver through the parade route, especially during turns. 🍬

*If you are in the parade and throwing candy, please throw it far enough so children don’t have to dart into the parade route traffic.
