The Town would like to thank Ms. Minnie Johnson for her 14 years of service as the Director of the Eclectic Senior Center.

For more than a decade, Ms. Minnie has been the heart of our center, leading with compassion, kindness, and unwavering commitment to the seniors and families she has served. Through her leadership, the Eclectic Senior Center became a place of friendship, fellowship, support, and community for so many.

She has touched countless lives and created lasting memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Congratulations on your retirement, Ms. Minnie!

Town Hall will be closed on Monday, May 25. Emergency services such as Police, Fire, and EMS will still be operational. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26.

We would like to congratulate our reappointed officials! In November, the new administration appointed officials to initial, interim six month terms. At last night's Regular Town Council Meeting, the following were reappointed to serve the remainder of their term:

Chief Robert Head, Police Chief of Eclectic Police Department
Chief Josh Dorminey, Fire Chief of Eclectic Fire Department
Director Alan Nummy, EMS Director of Eclectic Fire Department
Magistrate Ally Hornsby, Magistrate for Eclectic Municipal Court

COTTON FESTIVAL 2026 - VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

Our team has been working diligently to provide you with the information for this year's Cotton Festival. Thank you for your patience as we worked through some exciting updates. As our team reflected on 2025, we felt immense gratitude for all the vendors who made it a huge success. We are filled with great anticipation for the 2026 Alabama Cotton Festival! We would love for you to be a part. The date for this year is Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Please find attached, a copy of this year's vendor registration form. Please read all of the vendor information and complete the registration form in its entirety.

We have an exciting update for this year. Construction will soon begin in the Pecan Orchard! This will include a very nice concrete walking track and lighting. While we are thrilled for all this will provide our community, we are waiting for completion to mark and map vendor spaces. Booth numbers and set-up information will be sent out prior to the event, but will not be available immediately. We have been promised construction will be completed before October and we are excited for Cotton Festival 2026 to continue as planned!
