🍁🐾 This September, the zoo will spotlight a wide range of species- from our beautiful turkey vulture to the playful rabbits to our majestic greater one-horned rhino-, offering a chance to connect with nature in a new way. Not to mention our Chihuahuan Desert Fiesta!

Through special talks and interactive exhibits, these events will highlight the vital role each animal plays in its habitat, while also sharing how learning about them can inspire a deeper appreciation for conservation and the natural world.

- Enjoy interactive exhibits, keeper talks, a carcass feeding, and family-friendly activities while you visit our other Educational Partners, such as the El Paso Audubon Society.
- We will also be highlighting the El Paso Zoo’s Raptor Rehab Program, where Dexter, our Turkey Vulture, came from.
