Tonight, members of Station 28 spent the evening sharpening some important skills. Members worked on VES (Vent, Enter, Search) operations, including connecting with the buddy breathing device, along with working on hydrant operations.
Training on these skills is crucial. In an emergency, firefighters need to be comfortable with their equipment, communication systems, search techniques, and water supply operations. Repetition and hands-on training help ensure these skills become second nature when they’re needed most.
Another great night of training for the members of Station 28! 💪🔥
