The Erie Land Bank has added 17 properties to its inventory through the judicial tax sale process.

These properties will now be evaluated as we work through title review, site cleanup, and planning for future reuse.

This is the purpose of land banking. We take properties that have become liabilities, stabilize them, and prepare them to become assets for neighborhoods across the City of Erie.

Our goal is simple: return problem properties to productive use and keep Erie properties in Erie hands.
