🎉 Congratulations on Your Retirement, Harry! 🚑

After an incredible 38 years of service, we proudly celebrate Harry L. Latta as he retires from EmergyCare tomorrow!

Throughout his career, Harry has worn many hats. Serving as an Operations Supervisor, Facilities Manager, Tactical Medic, and EMT-Paramedic, while also dedicating his time as a Preceptor and CPR/ACLS Instructor.

His impact extends far beyond the ambulance. Harry supported our community as a Tactical Medic with Erie Police SWAT and Bomb Teams, earned multiple Life Saving and Rescue Commendations, and even helped bring new life into the world, delivering several babies in the field.

In addition to his professional service, Harry has remained committed as a volunteer EMT and Firefighter with Stancliff Hose Company in Waterford.

Outside of work, Harry is a devoted husband of 46 years to his wife Tammy and a proud father of three sons.

Harry’s dedication, leadership, and compassion have left a lasting mark on EmergyCare and the communities we serve.

💙 Please join us in thanking Harry for his remarkable service and wishing him a well-deserved, happy retirement!

Celebrating Dedication. Honoring Impact. See anyone's name or face you know!?💙🧡

During EMS Week, we take time to recognize the incredible individuals who have dedicated their careers to serving our communities.

This year, we proudly celebrate our EmergyCare Years of Service recipients—team members whose commitment, compassion, and professionalism continue to shape who we are as an organization.

From 5 years to 35 years of service, each milestone represents countless calls answered, lives touched, and moments of care that truly make a difference.

While we’d love to capture every member of this remarkable team, many are exactly where they need to be—out in the community, answering the call and saving lives.
📸 This week, we’re proud to highlight a few of our honorees:
• David Cauley – 35 years
• Bruce Bigelow – 15 years
• Sarah Walton – 10 years

Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our mission and to the patients and communities we serve every day.
