SEACAP Mass Sign-Up Offered for Utility Bill Assistance
SEACAP is a non-profit agency, offering utility assistance, as well as emergency services assistance, etc. We are having a mass-sign up for Barbour County. Please see details below:

9:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M.
Chattahoochee Courts (Gymnasium)
12 Engram Avenue, Eufaula, AL
Full documentation must be provided. Individuals who do not provide necessary documents cannot be assisted.
Full Documentation Required:
Picture ID of person completing application (If someone other than the client is completing an application for the client, they must have a permission slip; client must be 60 years of age or older or disabled for someone else to process application)
Social Security cards for everyone in household
Proof of household income for everyone 18 or older (Examples: Social Security letter, retirement letter, all check stubs for previous month, or proof of child support; A BANK STATEMENT IS NOT SUFFICIENT)
Utility Bill (The utility bill must be in Head of Household’s name, spouse’s name, or the landlord’s name; if it is in the landlord’s name, the applicant must have copy of the lease stating that the client is responsible for the bill)
Custody Papers for children in household that are not Head of Household’s children (unless the parent of children is also in household)
Public housing clients must have copy of lease from the landlord
