That's a wrap on September! 🍂✨ From Grandparents Day to College & Career Week to Attendance Awareness Month and everything in between, our Glenwood students showed up, dreamed big, and kept growing. We loved welcoming our grandparents into the building, and a big thankyou to our greeters who come in every Friday to start the day with smiles and a warm welcome. Every day in school counts, and every dream starts with showing up. 💛

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Pridettes Gone Wild Dance-A-Thon & Recital. ❤️

We waited to see if registration numbers would increase before making this decision, but unfortunately, we have reached the point where we need to cancel the event.

If you have already paid, we will be reaching out to you directly regarding your refund.

We truly appreciate everyone who registered, shared, and supported our event. We’re disappointed that we won’t be able to make this one happen, but we hope to see you during basketball season for our very first Pridettes Dance Clinic! 🩰🏀❤️

🎃👻 GLA Trunk or Treat is coming! 👻🎃

Bring the whole family out on October 24th from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for an afternoon of Halloween fun at GLA! 🐾

We’ll have trunk-or-treat candy, hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks, parking lot games, a fun DJ playing Halloween favorites, and a costume contest! 🍬🌭🎶🏆

Come dressed in your favorite costume, bring your candy bucket, and enjoy a fun day with our GLA family and community! ❤️🖤

❤️ Heartbeat Heroes in action! ❤️

Our 8th graders got a hands-on lesson in the structure and function of the heart from Heartbeat Heroes, a group of medical students partnering with the Area Health Education Center. Thank you for inspiring our future scientists, doctors, and healthcare heroes right here in Evansville! 🩺

Huge thank you to the University of Evansville volleyball players and University of Southern Indiana women’s basketball players for stopping by to greet our students this morning and remind them why showing up matters. Our scholars loved every minute! ❤️🖤

Staff Spotlight! 🌟 Our dynamic duo!

They answer the phones, solve the mysteries, track down missing permission slips, and somehow remember every single student's name (and probably their siblings' names too). Our front office secretaries are the true MVPs of Glenwood, the calm in the chaos, the first smile you see walking in, and the reason our school runs as smoothly as it does. Whether it's a parent question, a forgotten lunch, or a last-minute schedule change, they handle it all without breaking a sweat.

Lori and Paula,thank you for everything you do behind the scenes to keep our Glenwood family running! We appreciate you two more than words can say. 💛✨
