Hi everyone! My name is Tawny Harvey and I am so excited to be joining the Washington team as your new school secretary! I have a passion for working in education and love being part of a school community where students, families, and staff feel welcomed and supported. Fun fact: I actually attended WMS from 2005-2008!

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 11 year old son, being outdoors, and relaxing at home with a good book! I love building connections with people and truly believe a smile and a kind word can make someone’s day.

I’m looking forward to building new relationships, supporting our amazing students and families, and being a friendly face in the front office. Here’s to a wonderful school year! I can’t wait to meet you all 💙

The new school year starts August 10!

Starting the year in two smaller groups gives every student an easier first few days back, shorter lines, calmer hallways, and more one-on-one attention from their teacher right when they need it most.
