EHA Leadership Academy: Session Recap!
Today’s Leadership Academy focused on Communication, Leadership Styles, and Building Trust. Through hands-on activities, team challenges, and meaningful discussions, participants explored what it takes to lead effectively and communicate with purpose.
From identifying the traits of a "worst boss" to practicing active listening and trust-building exercises, participants gained valuable insights and skills they can apply in their roles every day.
We wrapped up the session with a fun and creative rap that captured the day’s key lessons. Special thanks to Chreatha for facilitating such an engaging and impactful learning experience!
