Simple Positive Play is dedicated to providing play opportunities to children and their families. We focus on Florissant, Ferguson and Louisiana, Missouri. Our location at January-Wabash park in Ferguson is open every Sunday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., and additional open play times vary from month to month. WHAT. A. SEASON. This year, we adjusted to the new arrangement with Ferguson Parks and Rec about the space we use at January-Wabash Park. Overall, I believe the transition has been super successful and I’m excited about what could happen next!

We only have 4(counting today) more sessions left! We will be closed on April 30th because I’m presenting a poster session at the U.S. Play Coalition Conference. May7th will be the last day this season at January-Wabash Park.

Don’t fret! This summer, we’ll be out and about, adding bubbles and sensory activities to fun outdoor events in the community!

We're so excited to START the new year with PLAY!

2025 brought some big changes to the way Simple Positive Play is able to operate and share playful resources in the community. In a stressful and overwhelming kinda way, this change was refreshing.

On Thursdays, we PLAY SCHOOL! We start with play, share snacks and a story, and end with play. Although the program is designed for birth-5, stories and play are for everyone.
