We would like to thank everyone for coming out to support the Village of Fishkill PBA at our BINGO event last night! In addition to our players, we would like to thank Pastor Christa Long Jamison and the Fishkill Church of the Nazarene for providing their space for our event, Pati Caruana DeAngelis for being the greatest hostess, Julie Spann from the Blodgett Memorial for all of her help and our assistant Abraham Knapp who was the best prize runner anyone could ask for. We collected lots of food items that will be donated to the Fishkill Food Pantry.

We would also like to thank all of our event sponsors who made this all possible: Cheryl Brady, Hudson Valley Photo Studio, Fishkill Prime, Veinheal LLC, Two Brothers Landscapes & Snow Removal, Redline Diner, Montfort Brother’s Inc., EZ Flow Innovations, Fishkill W**e and Liquor, Sal’s Pizza, Nifty Thrifty Shop, Halal Brothers Fishkill, Jen Geremino and Gaynell Vanamburgh of Wager Realty and Salon Doriano. Our BINGO event is sold out! If you are attending, please remember to bring a non perishable food item for a free raffle ticket for a special prize.

In addition to the BINGO prizes, we will be having a 50/50 raffle, a lottery ticket raffle, over 50 sponsored raffle items that you can use tickets to try and win, and we will be selling PBA Supporter shirts.

Raffles will be done around 08:15 PM, so if you were unable to play BINGO, stop by for a chance to win some great prizes from our local businesses.

when there is a pedestrian in the crosswalk, and when the lights are flashing on the crosswalk signs. Please use EXTRA caution during busy times of the day such as school arrivals and dismissals, rush hour, lunch and dinner hours when restaurants are busy, special events, and weekends. Let’s help to keep our Village safe for all! Thank you.

******UPDATE - Dog has been reunited with her owner******

This cute little lady was found on Merritt Boulevard in the Town of Fishkill and was caught by a Good Samaritan and turned over to the Village Police. The dog was turned over to the Animal Control Officer. If this is your dog, please contact the Town of Fishkill Police Department 845-831-1110. Thank you.

We now have supporter shirts available that will be sold at our Bingo event on September 19th.

Our friends at Docs Nutrition Depot Fishkill and Hot Stuff Coffee Shop also have shirts available at their store fronts.

Donation for the shirts are $25 each if paying cash or check and $26 each if using Venmo (to cover their fees).

State of Emergency with Travel Ban will be in effect from 5am Sunday 1/25 until 5pm Monday 1/26. Dutchess County is under a Winter Storm Warning with a forecast that is calling for 12" to 24" of snow Sunday and Monday. To keep everyone safe and help our highway crews clear the roads, County Executive Sue Serino has declared a State of Emergency which includes a Travel Ban on all roadways in Dutchess County that will be in effect from 5 a.m. Sunday through 5 p.m. Monday. Other important storm updates:

• Dutchess County Public Transit service will be cancelled on Sunday and Monday.

• Dutchess County Government offices, including Office for the Aging Friendship Centers will be closed Monday, Jan. 26th.
