🚩 Know before you go: those beach flags aren't just decoration.
Before you set up your umbrella, take five seconds to read the flags flying at the lifeguard stand. They're the fastest way to know what the water's really doing that day.
🟥🟥 Double red = water is closed. No swimming, period.
🟥 Red = high hazard, strong surf & currents
🟨 Yellow = medium hazard, moderate surf & currents
🟩Green = calm, low hazard
🟪 Purple = dangerous marine life (jellyfish, stingrays)
