ENDORSED: I am pleased to announce that long time Senator and Republican State Party Chairman, John Brenden has endorsed our campaign for House District 33-Dawson and Richland Counties. Chairman Brenden has been a longtime advocate for conservative values going clear back to the Congressman Ron Marlenee days. John served as a senator for 12 years out of Daniels County. I had the opportunity to work on the Marlenee campaign in “Marlenee Country”. Eastern Montana.

Ridiculous: Taxpayer Injustice for Montana kids. MSU Bozeman's student body is split evenly, with out-of-state and international students making up roughly 50% of the population, and Montana residents making up the other 50%. Over 17,000 students are enrolled on the Bozeman MT, campus. Montana resident students are getting denied college entrance. We are paying the majority of the bill for nonresident students. Our students should be 70% of the student body. I am a graduate of MSU-Bozeman and the college board needs to answer for this.

Montana: It is time to stop double taxing Social Security benefits in Montana. I will introduce legislation that will eliminate any Montana state taxes on Social Security benefits. Seniors earned the money and have already paid income taxes on it. Double taxation is wrong.

Large crowd in Baker Montana. I had an opportunity to visit with US Senate candidate Kurt Alme. He expressed his support for our eastern Montana economy making up coal, oil, natural gas and agriculture.

Ballot harvesting is a real thing in Montana. If someone shows up at your door asking for your ballot, refuse them. The elderly are easy prey. Take your ballot straight to the courthouse. If that person doesn’t leave, call the police.

Day one of the 2027 Montana Legislative Session I will introduce a bill to stop state taxation on Social Security benefits. Seniors have paid enough and have already been taxed on their money. Living on a fixed income is difficult and it doesn’t help when the government taxes your social security away from you. Montana is only one of eight that still taxes Social Security.

Wibaux MT: President Trump has approved the Bridger Pipeline Project. I was invited to listen in on a project summary. The line will come from Canada and safely transport oil to U.S. refineries. This development will provide millions of dollars for landowners and local taxing districts. The pipeline will be monitored 24 hours a day by incredible line sensors backed up by a staff in an all hour control room.
