Thank you Glendive for making our dog & cat food drive a big success! A total 390.22lbs of dog & cat food was donated! All dog & cat food is being donated to the Dawson County Food Bank and local animal shelters!

🎤🌟 Celebrating Our 4-H Speech & Demonstration Day 2026 Participants! 🌟🎤

From informative demonstrations to confident, well-prepared speeches, these youth showed courage, creativity, and strong communication skills.

Speech & Demo Day is more than just presentations—it’s about building confidence, learning to speak clearly, and sharing knowledge with others. Every participant should be proud of the hard work they put in and the growth they showed along the way.

A big thank you to our judges and families who support our 4-H members and make events like this possible. The future is bright, and these youth are proof of it! 💚🍀

🐾 Dawson County 4-H Dog & Cat Food Drive 🐾

Dawson County 4-H is hosting a Dog & Cat Food Drive from January 12 – February 6 to help our community’s furry friends! 🐶🐱 All donated pet food will be given to the Dawson County Food Bank to support families in need.

• Tractor Supply

🛒 Donation boxes are conveniently located at the front of each store.

Every bag, box, or can makes a difference. Thank you for helping us show some love to the pets in our community! 💙🐾

Calendars are $20 and are available for pre-order from December 4th - January 2nd.
Calendars will be available for pick up at the Extension Office or delivery the second week of January.

The Dawson County 4-H Ambassador Team is selling Dawson County 4-H 2026 Wall Calendars as a fundraiser for the team. All proceeds will go towards helping the Ambassador Team put on workshops or events for our 4-H program members and go towards small projects. Last year the Ambassador Team took on the project of remodeling the changing room in our beef barn and so far this year the team has 4 workshops planned.

Calendars are $20 and are available for pre-order from December 4th - January 2nd.
