There's no timeline for losing your "baby weight". Eat well, move your body, stay hydrated, and most of all, enjoy this precious time! ❤

Breastfeeding requires extra nutrition, making healthy eating just as important post-pregnancy. Women who are exclusively breastfeeding use about 500 calories daily to make the full amount of milk most babies need from birth to 6 months.

September is Newborn Screening Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating the simple test that saves thousands of lives every single year.

It’s a heel prick that checks for more than 30 serious but treatable health conditions. This screening gives babies the best chance at a healthy start by catching issues before symptoms even appear.
