Last Friday, NTAG Great Lakes conducted the bi-annual Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT).

Sailors, recruiters, and officer candidates showed up motivated and ready to perform. They took on the run, bike, row, push-ups, and planks while pushing themselves to meet the standard and give it their all.

A huge shoutout to the Command Fitness Leaders (CFLs) for grading, supporting participants, and helping ensure the PRT ran smoothly from start to finish.
