We are grateful to every candidate who stepped up to run this cycle. Putting your name on the ballot and engaging in the democratic process is no small thing, and we are thankful for your commitment to our communities.
And finally, congratulations and thank you to all of our newly elected Committee People — the heart of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee. You are the organizers, neighbors, volunteers, and community leaders who keep this party connected to the people we serve every single day.
We especially want to recognize the nominees who came through contested primaries and will now carry the fight forward into November: Bob Harvie and Senator Art Haywood.
Primaries can be competitive, passionate, and exhausting — but what matters most today is that we move forward together.
And none of this happens without volunteers.
Thank you to everyone who knocked doors, made phone calls, wrote postcards, assembled signs, staffed events, worked the polls, volunteered at campaign offices, helped neighbors get to the polls, talked to friends and family, and gave their time to protect our democracy.
This movement is powered by people who choose to show up.
Take a minute to catch your breath. Celebrate the wins. Get some rest.
Then let’s get right back at it.
Because the bigger battle is ahead of us, and November will require all of us working together to protect the progress we’ve made and continue moving Montgomery County — and Pennsylvania — forward.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to get involved, this is it.
Whether you can volunteer once a week, once a month, or just help when you can, we need you on the team.

Let’s keep building together.
