On Saturday, July 11, we held our official Change of Command ceremony. Under perfect skies, CDR Christopher Ramiro relieved CDR Kenneth Perfido in a beautiful and memorable service. As we bid a fond farewell to CDR Perfido, we proudly welcome CDR Ramiro and look forward to his leadership in this next chapter. Thank you to all of our volunteers and the guests who traveled near and far to witness this time-honored Navy tradition.
