Hamden Legislative Council Hamden's Legislative Council has a duty to oversee and advise the town's affairs as delineated in the Hamden Town Charter.

As the fiscal authority, the Council approves the annual Town budget and establishes the mil rate.

🎇 Fireworks begin at 9:20pm but don't miss food trucks, a DJ, and Hamden Symphony Orchestra before.
