**THE FINAL COUNTDOWN**

It is almost time for the Wasatch County Fair Days In-Person Ticket Pre-Sale, a continuation of last year’s efforts to reduce scams and improve ticket accessibility.

📅Friday, June 12th 3:00PM-8:00PM & Saturday, June 13th 9AM-3PM
📍Wasatch County Rec Center
345 W 600 S, Heber City

There are a few things to keep in mind when visiting The Rec Center to get your tickets: (please read carefully - there have been a few changes from last year)

➡️ You will be able to purchase up to 15 tickets for each event (30 total - 15 for the derby and 15 for the rodeo).
➡️ Tickets may be purchased for different nights of the event. Ex. 6 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 4 for Saturday.
➡️ Purchaser must be above 16 years old, with a credit/debit card that matches their ID.
➡️ Cash and checks are NOT accepted. Card only!
➡️ Tickets will be available online on Monday, June 15th (although we expect ticket counts to be very low or even sold out by that time. We recommend attending the in-person sale for the best chance at getting the tickets you want).

Lastly, keep plans flexible; while we don’t know exact wait times, you may be in line for up to three hours. With that being said, we have plans to keep the line as entertaining as possible!

The Utah High School Rodeo Finals start today!! See you there for a great time :)

The Utah High School Rodeo State Finals are next week (June 1-6)! It is held at the Wasatch County Events Complex and is open to the public (that’s right! We’re inviting YOU!). There will be concessions, vendors, and the best high school cowboys and cowgirls in the state. Support the Wasatch Rodeo Team as they compete for the state champ title and the opportunity to compete at nationals in July.

**RECREATION CONNECTION**

Summer 2026 is a busy one! From Fair Days to Art Classes to Sports Camps, the kids should be both busy and happy. And lets be honest - if they’re happy, we’re happy.

The Real Osprey of Wasatch County:
This was a big week for our osprey! Two of the three eggs hatched! One hatched Sunday, and the other on Monday. Did you know that a newborn osprey will increase their weight by about triple in 8 days? That means by now, the new hatchlings are almost three times heavier already!
You may notice the nest is much more active than it has been - Sharon and Ozzy have to feed the babies often, contributing to their exponential growth. Odds of seeing something exciting are pretty high on the Live Osprey Cam at wasatchparksandrec.com.

We are looking for vendors for the Fair Days Country Market! Follow the instructions below to sign up. Hope to see you there!

Step 1: Submit Your Vendor Application - Visit wasatchcountyparksandrec.com. Under the Events Complex menu, select Fair Days 2026 and scroll down to Country Market Vendor Application. Complete the application and submit it physically to the Wasatch County Recreation Center (drop-off or mailed applications accepted).

Step 2: Pay Your Vendor Fee - Visit wasatchcountyparksandrec.com. Under the Programs menu, select Registration, then Register for Activities. Open Fair Days, select Country Market 2026, and complete your vendor fee payment online
