Gas prices tend to creep up as summer travel season kicks off — and those long commutes across Assumption, Lafourche, and Terrebonne Parishes can add up fast.

Carpooling or vanpooling just a few days a week can help cut fuel costs, reduce wear on your vehicle, and make the drive more manageable.

Looking for someone headed your way? SCPDC can help connect commuters and employers with shared-ride options.
