A week has passed since Hurricane Beryl struck, causing significant damage and disruption. While many have had their power restored, we know that many of our neighbors are still without power, affecting jobs, income, health, and overall well-being. For those with power, the journey to financial recovery, replacing lost food, and repairing storm damage has just begun.

As a community, we have always stood together, and now is no different. The Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation encourages you to stay positive and remain steadfast. We understand the challenges you are facing and are here to support you as we work towards normalcy.
