Join us on Thursday, June 4, at 3:00 pm, for Dino STEAM Days! 🦖

Children explore science, texture, and creativity through dinosaur-themed STEAM stations inspired by fossils and discovery. Participants can create their own salt-dough fossils, experiment with dino slime, and make fossil rubbings using a variety of textures.

This program is for families with children of all ages.

We are unable to accommodate daycares and school groups in this program.

Struggling with a story? Can’t seem to get it "write"? Join us for a writer’s night at the library on Monday, June 8, at 6:00 pm. This program will go over writing basics, themes, techniques, and ways to unlock that writer’s block!

Writer’s Block meets on the second Monday of the month. No registration required. This program is for ages 16 and up.

Join Erica Knighton from Prairie View A&M Extension as she presents "A Taste of African Heritage." Pokémon are at the library this summer!

Join us on Monday, June 1, at 2:30 pm, for Pokémon Trainer Club, where participants can trade cards, battle, create crafts, and enjoy Pokémon-themed games and activities.

This program is for grades 4-8 only and requires registration online. Pokémon Trainer Club will take place several times this summer, with registration opening a week prior.
