Spring Branch Management District Our goal is to make the Spring Branch District a premier business and residential location in the "Heart of Houston." Visit our website: http://www.sbmd.org

The Spring Branch Management District was created by the Texas Legislature in 2003 to provide supplemental programs and public services related to mobility, safety, urban design, and economic development. We enhance commerce, public safety, public health, commercial corridor upkeep and other qualities of life in the District. Today, the district is taking action on many fronts to create a safer, cleaner, and more prosperous community for those who live and work here.

SBMD business owners: The District contracts with SEAL Security Solutions to provide mobile security cameras to multi-family and business properties within the district experiencing public safety issues.

The cameras are loaned to properties on a first-come, first-served basis unless the property requesting the camera has installation issues or a more pressing public safety issue is present at another location.

These cameras are monitored 24/7 by SEAL Security Solutions and are offered at no cost to the property owner for a pre-determined amount of time. If you would like to request a mobile camera for your property, contact Josh Hawes at [email protected].

Don't forget to ride the Spring Branch Trail between Wirt Road and Blalock Road by Tuesday, Feb. 22 for Houston Parks Board's virtual challenge!

Post a social media photo of your trip using #ParksByYou, and tag Houston Parks Board when you cycle the trail to receive a swag bag, mailed directly to you.

To access the trail, visit Schwartz Park, 8203 Vogue Ln, Houston, and head north through the park until you reach the trail, which heads east and west along the CenterPoint easement.
