At approximately 11:13 pm, Deputy Arce was advised of a possible disturbance occurring near the 3300 block of Alabama St.
Deputy Arce spoke to the victim and received her written statement of what happened, which was consistent with the injuries she had on her face. Deputy Arce also spoke to a juvenile witness to confirm what happened during the incident.
After detaining the suspect, deputies contacted the District Attorneyโ€™s Office, who accepted charges for Continuous Family Violence, due to a previous assault incident in 2021. The following is a special Happy Thanksgiving Blessings shout out to my Precinct 6 Team! I Love and appreciate them dearly!

Good morning Precinct 6!
On behalf of yours truly, Constable Silvia Trevino, I wish you Happy Thanksgiving Blessings to you and your family! I am so grateful to you for all you do as an individual and as a Team.

While we have been through a challenging two years, facing obstacles never before known to us, like COVID, and the numerous lives of loved ones it has taken from us; family and friends near and dear to us that have died as a result, protests against Police, defunding of Police, and the negative stereotype against law enforcement worldwide and the rippling effect of shortage of officers it has caused; and on top of that, the personal challenges we all face on a daily basisโ€ฆ.Throughout all this, you rose to the occasion and took on all these challenges that came with these obstacles head on and have steered through it like champs with Honor, Equality, and Justice for all. You have prevailed to date and have met the needs of the people we serve, with our common goal of Public Health and Public Safety.

Let us pray for our loved ones that have been called home by our Lord, let us pray for our most vulnerable population; our children and our elderly, that they be safe from harmโ€™s way, and pray for our first responders like you, that are working around the clock to keep us safe, especially our military.

Let us remember to be Thankful for all of lifeโ€™s blessings as they will always outweigh our challenges and let us not take for granted the time we get to spend with the ones we Love.

As you go through life, hold your head up high, and be proud of who you are as a person and as a law enforcement employee. I am proud of you and I am proud to call you my employee, my deputy, my Team. I am so Thankful for each of you and Thankful that you have chosen Precinct 6.

God Bless You, God Bless Your Family, and God Bless the United States of America.

Yours truly,

Let us pray for our loved ones that have been called by our Lord, and pray for our first responders that are working to keep us safe, especially our military.

Let us remember to be Thankful for all of lifeโ€™s blessings as they will always outweigh our challenges and let us not take for granted the time we get to spend with the ones we love.

Whether you plan to travel to visit family, host a Thanksgiving feast, or just relax during the long weekend, please be safe, and always be aware of your surroundings.

Your Precinct 6 deputies and dispatchers will be working around the clock to help keep our community safe this weekend. Please do your part and remember to plan a safe ride home if you plan to drink alcohol. There are plenty of great ways to get home safely and they are all much cheaper than a DWI!

Deputies Recover Stolen Handgun, Suspect Charged With Unlawful Carry of a Weapon

โš ๏ธ Crime Report | ๐Ÿ“† November 8, 2021 | ๐ŸŒŽ Gulfgate

Deputy Dillard observed a vehicle doing donuts at the intersection of Telephone Rd. and Dismuke St. and attempted to initiate a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver refused to stop and a short pursuit ensued before the driver exited the vehicle on foot. Deputy Dillard held the passengers at gunpoint until backup arrived and the suspects were detained.

Deputies recovered a fully loaded handgun in a yard near where the driver fled on foot. Upon further investigation of the vehicle, deputies discovered the following:
โ€ข $260 in counterfeit currency
โ€ข 40.3 grams of Ma*****na
โ€ข 3 pain pills
โ€ข A second handgun

One of the handguns was found to be reported stolen. The District Attorneyโ€™s Office accepted a charge for Unlawful Carry of a Handgun on the suspect who had a previous charge of Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. The suspect was transported to Harris County JPC for booking.

Great work Deputy Dillard!

Glad to see our Constable Silvia R. Trevino enjoying the game...
Thank you Officer James Tran for your quick response this morning. Here within 10 mins of call. We called HPD @ 5am Because of break in vehicles and still waiting.
Can ANYTHING be done about the tow truck drivers? Just today Iโ€™m in the left lane going forward when one jumps in front of me from the right lane almost striking my car all to get to a minor accident. This token policy is absurd. You guys need to consider a contract that lasts a year and change out companies. Theyโ€™re dangerous and today almost caused a major accident to get to a minor accident.
When are you going to charge your officer who killed Nicholas Chavez?? Where is the body cam footage?? Where is the external investigation??
Ya'll murdered this man. How do you justify this shooting?
