The fight to protect school choice programs heads to Ohio now. The Ohio Court of Appeals ruled that the state's Educational Choice Scholarship program is unconstitutional. EdChoice Legal Advocates and the Institute for Justice are working to appeal this decision and fight for families' rights to choose the best education for their student.
