INFB's Farm Business and Diversification Conference will now be held entirely online on Sept. 10, providing attendees with a convenient way to participate from their farm, home or office.

The conference will feature practical information on business development, adding agritourism and events to their farm, building direct-to-consumer markets and more. Registration is free for INFB members and $50 for nonmembers.

Representative Victoria Spartz hosted three shop talks with INFB members across her district this week. The conversations gave farmers an opportunity to share their experiences and discuss issues affecting their operations and rural communities.

Drainage School is underway today at Indiana Farm Bureau headquarters and online. INFB members, public officials, attorneys and others are hearing from experts about the laws, regulations and practices affecting drainage decisions in Indiana.

During a recent shop talk with Senator Todd Young, INFB members discussed several of the policy issues weighing heavily on agriculture, including the farm bill, trade and Prop 12.
