Congratulations to the Lesley University Core Faculty!!! This is what union power and worker power looks like!

This is what worker power looks like ✊ After nearly two years of negotiations, collective actions, a two-day strike, and growing community support—Lesley University Core faculty have reached a tentative agreement! Lesley faculty stood united and won strong wage increases, higher minimum salaries, workload protections, & limits on the maximum class size increases over the life of their contract.

When we fight, we win!
