What a great day to see everyone in the community at Match Day! Thank you for stopping by to chat and your outstanding generosity for the donations to the Friends of Geary County Rural Fire The event brought us over $7500 donated toward our volunteer department. Match Day allows us to be awarded an additional 50% which should just put us over $11000. We are so honored by such generous donations. Thank you to everyone who donated! Our volunteer firefighters thank you as well!

Expect much colder temperatures to end the week. There will be a potential freeze for much of northeast and north-central Kansas, with widespread frost expected. Highs will warm back into the 70s next week.
