Family Engagement: We involve families directly in the classroom and to help govern our school. Project-Based Learning: We promote the social nature of learning by facilitating authentic, integrated projects that are hands-on and allow

for meaningful choice. Constructivist Learning: We provide experiences for students to actively build knowledge through experiments, real world problem solving and opportunities to reflect in a collaborative learning environment. Community-Based Learning: We immerse students in the world outside the classroom through frequent field trips and community service. Restorative Practices: We guide the learning that takes place during conflict, negotiation, problem-solving, and resolution. Alternative Assessment Strategies: We appraise student growth through formative assessments, observational narratives, portfolios, presentations and self-reflection. Program Highlights

JCCS Fundraiser- This is a fun way to show school spirit while raising funds to support future student projects and activities.

We’ve partnered with CustomInk.com to offer a variety of high-quality items featuring our JCCS Marmot logo, including shirts, hoodies, hats, and more. Many colors to choose from! Please click on the link in the comments to learn more and do some shopping.
