I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who reached out following my brief episode of dehydration at yesterday’s library event in Kenduskeag.
I am particularly grateful to Senator Susan Collins for her attentive care, kindness, and compassion while we waited for emergency services. I also want to express my deepest appreciation to the always professional crew at Kenduskeag/Levant Rescue for their swift response and exceptional care.
I am feeling great today and fully back on my feet!
Yesterday was a good reminder of how quickly hot, sunny days can catch up to us, and I encourage everyone to stay safe and drink plenty of water as we enjoy the warm weather. Thank you again to all the folks from both sides of the aisle who have checked in on me—your kindness and support mean more than I can say.
