Founded in September 1898 by pioneering entrepreneurs Henry C. began as an essential supply source for miners throughout Southeast Alaska. Two years later, the business became Tongass Trading Company, a name that has remained deeply rooted in Ketchikan for more than 125 years. Today, that legacy continues with the introduction of Tongass Outfitters, a new chapter built from the same Alaska-born fo

undation of service, quality, and community.
