Today marks 25 years since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and the fall of the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center in New York City.

We pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honor the first responders and countless others who met unimaginable tragedy with extraordinary courage and compassion, and hold close the families and communities whose lives were forever changed that day.

Twenty-five years later, the memory of September 11 remains with us. May we continue to honor those we lost through reflection, gratitude, compassion, and a renewed commitment to caring for one another.

We will never forget.
